The place:
Located between Portimão and Lagos, away from the noises of the city, sheltered on the shore of the Ria de Alvor where animals and nature still thrive, is Quinta Vale da Lama!
Casa Vale da Lama is unlike any other. Passionate about nature, sustainability, land and soil regeneration but also passionate about sharing their knowledge with everyone. That is why the house combines comfort and leisure with sustainability and awareness, making moments in this building a unique experience.

If there is something that makes us feel at home, with family or friends, it is certainly a delicious meal. Farm-grown food is lovingly prepared to end up on your plate. Experience the satisfaction of tasting dishes full of life because the ingredients are not only organic but are cultivated by Casa Vale da lama, with dedication, passion, respecting nature.
Program of the stay
On the program of this superb stay: 2 yoga classes per day (dynamic in the morning to prepare the body for surfing and at the end of the day more gentle).
2 surf lessons and the discovery of permaculture.
This experience will take place between land and sea, in a magnificent “ quinta » located between Lagos and Portimao, in the south of Portugal which will allow you to completely relax.
D-1 Thursday 16:
Arrival of participants from 3:30 p.m.
4:30 p.m.: Opening circle and presentation of the stay
6-7:30 p.m.: Hatha yoga class, get to know everyone
8 p.m.: Dinner

D-2 Friday 17:
7:30-9am: Energizing Hatha yoga to awaken body and mind. Special course for surfing
9:15 a.m.: Breakfast
10 a.m.: Discovery of permaculture
12:30 p.m.: Lunch
2 p.m.: Surf lesson
6-7:30 p.m.: Restorative yoga, to release and relax muscular but also mental tensions
8 p.m.: Dinner

D-3 Saturday 18:
8am-9.30am: Energizing Hatha yoga to awaken the body and mind. Special course for surfing
10 a.m.: Breakfast
11:30 a.m.: Surf lesson (lunch will be in the form of a picnic to be eaten on the beach)
Free time after surf lesson
6 p.m.-7.30 p.m.: Restorative yoga, to release and relax muscular but also mental tensions
8 p.m.: Dinner
Free time, discussion, exchange
D-4 Sunday 19:
8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.: Gentle Hatha yoga.
